What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account downgrades to Zentia Start. All your devices and local automations continue working. You lose access to premium features like floor plan dashboards, energy reports, and AI suggestions, but nothing stops working.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you're charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is the annual plan worth it?
The annual plan for Zentia Plus gives you 2 months free — that's SGD $100/year instead of $120. If you're committed to getting the most from your smart home, it's the best value.
